Crazy MHA Fan Theory

There Is No Such Thing As a Quirkless Person

One of the more popular fan theories is with humans that don't have any quirks. Or, so at the least, ones that don't appear to have any quirks. As per this theory, by this point in time, everyone has developed a quirk. It's just that about a quarter of the quirk are not really useful or isn't given the chance to be discovered.

One For All, for example, was created when someone who thought they didn't have a quirk was given one. And it became clearer that they did, indeed, possess a quirk: the ability to bestow quirks. If we believe he's not the only one with an invisible quirk, we're left with a lot of unanswered questions. Maybe the others haven't had an opportunity yet  to have their quirks stimulated? Or they're so subtle that they've been categorized as a trait instead of a quirk.
